As AI Reshapes Clinical Care, NURSING-2027 in Hamburg to Convene Global Nursing and Digital Health Experts
With AI and digital tools increasingly shaping clinical care and nursing practice, NURSING-2027 will convene global experts in Hamburg on July 12–13, 2027 to examine the field's future. Abstract submissions are open.

Hamburg — September 11, 2026 — Artificial intelligence and digital technologies are increasingly reshaping how care is delivered, how clinical decisions are made and how the nursing workforce is trained, and the field now faces a pressing need for a shared international forum to examine that transformation. Responding to that need, the 4th International Conference on Nursing and AI-Driven Digital Healthcare (NURSING-2027) is scheduled to take place on July 12–13, 2027, in Hamburg, Germany, bringing together an international community of nursing and healthcare professionals, researchers, educators, clinicians, academics, students, and healthcare technology experts.
The timing reflects the growing integration of intelligent systems into everyday practice. NURSING-2027 will provide a dedicated platform for examining the evolving relationship between nursing practice, artificial intelligence, and digital healthcare. Over two days, the conference will explore emerging technologies and innovative approaches that have the potential to enhance patient care, clinical decision-making, nursing education, healthcare quality, and professional practice.
The scientific program will address a broad range of topics, including AI-assisted clinical decision-making, machine learning, digital health technologies, intelligent healthcare systems, healthcare data, automation, and technology-enabled nursing practice. Discussions will also consider important issues surrounding patient safety, ethics, privacy, responsible technology adoption, and patient-centered care.
The conference program will encompass Nursing and Patient Care; Nursing Education and Leadership; AI and Digital Healthcare; Clinical Nursing and Advanced Practice; Patient Safety and Quality Improvement; Public Health and Global Nursing; Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing; Women's Health and Midwifery; Neonatal, Pediatric and Family Nursing; and Gerontology, Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care.
NURSING-2027 will feature plenary and keynote presentations, invited talks, and interactive workshops, providing participants with opportunities to present research and clinical experiences, exchange knowledge, explore emerging challenges, and establish valuable international professional connections.
Abstract submissions are currently open to nurses, clinicians, researchers, educators, healthcare leaders, students, academics, and professionals working in healthcare technology and related fields. Contributors are invited to share original research, clinical innovations, practical experiences, and perspectives on the future of nursing and AI-driven digital healthcare.
