Islandcraze Platform Opens to Public, Surpasses 100 Users

KINGSTON, Jamaica — October 24, 2026 — IslandCraze Travels has attracted more than 100 users to its online platform, which launched in 2026 and continues to grow, the Jamaica-based travel technology company said as it opened the service to the public.

The platform, available at https://islandcrazetravels.com, combines flight and hotel search, bundled vacation packages and a hotel cashback programme. Customers can search and book flights, hotels and packages that combine both, and the company said the service is aimed at travellers departing from, moving within and arriving in the Caribbean.

IslandCraze said eligible account holders can receive cashback in the form of platform credit on hotel bookings, which can be applied to future hotel purchases. Members of the company's Adventure tier are advertised a reward rate of 5% on eligible hotel purchases. The company is offering the Adventure membership at no cost for six months under an introductory promotion; regular annual membership fees apply after that period. Reward rates, eligible bookings and membership conditions are governed by the platform's terms.

The company was founded by managing director Damoy Skeene, who is based in Jamaica. Skeene said IslandCraze was formed around the idea that booking a trip should produce value beyond the initial transaction.

"Travel booking should be about more than finding a flight or a hotel," Skeene said. "We want to make it easier for Caribbean travellers to plan their trips, discover opportunities and receive value that carries over into their next journey. IslandCraze is being built around that idea, with the ambition to grow from Jamaica into a wider Caribbean travel platform."

The company said its near-term priorities are building customer awareness and expanding the booking and membership offerings. Longer term, IslandCraze said it intends to develop partnerships with accommodation providers and other travel businesses and to serve Caribbean residents travelling between islands, travellers leaving the region and international visitors to the Caribbean.

The six-month membership promotion is part of its strategy to attract new customers and build momentum as it expands its presence in the Caribbean travel market. The company has not publicly disclosed its booking volumes, revenue or funding to date.

Tourism is a major economic sector across the Caribbean, and several governments in the region have pushed to expand digital services and locally owned technology businesses. IslandCraze is positioning itself in the online travel distribution segment, where it would compete with international booking sites and regional travel agencies.

IslandCraze Travels describes itself as a travel technology platform offering online flight and hotel bookings, combined vacation packages and customer reward programmes.
