SB Fragrances Confirms Development of a House-Brand Perfume Line
Garland, Texas perfume retailer SB Fragrances has confirmed that a house-brand fragrance line is in development. The line will join the store's catalog of designer perfumes and Arabian oud fragrances sold in store and online.
GARLAND, Texas – October 13, 2026 – SB Fragrances, a perfume retailer located at 2121 Northwest Hwy Ste 102 in Garland, Texas, announced today that it has begun development of a fragrance line under the SB Fragrances name. The company expects to release the first products in the first quarter of 2027 through its Garland store and through its online store, which ships to all 50 states.
The line is the company's first own-brand product. Since opening, the store has sold third-party fragrances only: designer perfumes and colognes from houses including Gucci, Versace, Yves Saint Laurent, Givenchy, Burberry, Coach, Marc Jacobs and Kate Spade, and Arabian oud fragrances sourced from producers in the Middle East and Pakistan.
According to the company, the initial release will consist of six fragrances for men and women in eau de parfum form, offered in 50 ml and 100 ml bottle sizes. Development is being carried out with a contract fragrance manufacturer in the United States. Formulations are in the sampling stage, and final names, packaging and retail pricing have not been announced.
The company said the brief for the line is based on sales records from its existing catalog. Purchase and reorder data from its best-selling men's and women's perfumes and from its oud range were used to set the balance between Western designer-style compositions and oud-based scents in the first release.
"We have spent 10 years selling other companies' fragrances and recording what customers in Texas and across the country buy and reorder," said Sarah Bennett, founder of SB Fragrances. "The house line applies that information to a product developed for SB Fragrances rather than for another retailer's audience."
The new line will not replace the store's current stock. SB Fragrances will continue to carry its designer and oud catalog in store and online after the launch. Further details, including scent names, launch date and retail pricing, will be released when the products are finalized.
