Tianjin, China, October 14, 2026 — Zoomry Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of bulk material handling equipment based in Tianjin, has launched an updated generation of its ZRSL series mobile ship loaders, the company announced today. The new model line incorporates a longer telescopic boom, an integrated dust-suppression chute and a redesigned wheeled undercarriage intended for multi-berth port operations handling cement clinker, grain, coal and mineral sand.

The ZRSL series is a self-propelled wheeled loading unit that couples with portable belt conveyors or truck unloader hoppers to load bulk cargo onto vessels ranging from coastal barges to Panamax-size ships. According to the company, the updated design extends the maximum horizontal reach from 18 meters to 24 meters and increases rated loading capacity from 500 tons per hour to 800 tons per hour, allowing a single unit to service a wider range of vessel freeboard and berth configurations.

The revised dust suppression system uses a fully enclosed telescopic discharge chute with adjustable flow-control gates, which the company says reduces visible particulate emission during loading compared with the previous open-spout design. The undercarriage now includes hydraulic outriggers for stability during operation and a tighter turning radius for movement between berths without requiring disassembly of the conveyor line.

The launch comes as port operators in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South America continue to add bulk handling capacity to serve growing cement, mining and grain export volumes. Fixed ship loading towers remain the standard at high-volume specialized terminals, but multi-purpose ports increasingly prefer mobile systems that can be shared across commodity types and relocated as shipping patterns shift.

Zoomry Heavy Industry was founded in Tianjin and supplies belt conveyors, telescopic stackers, truck unloaders, hopper feeders and mobile ship loaders to cement plants, mining operations, power stations and port terminals across Asia, Europe, South America, Africa and the Middle East. The company says the updated ZRSL series is available for order immediately, with lead times of 60 to 90 days depending on configuration.

The new model will be demonstrated alongside the company belt conveyor and stacker product line at upcoming industry exhibitions in 2027, the company added.
